Symposium Description
This symposium is designed to update scientists and clinicians on recent research related to the
integration of biomarkers in the clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases, thereby enhancing
patient outcome. In particular, this symposium will provide physicians with a comprehensive update
in the field of biomarkers to facilitate the transfer of the use of integrated biomarkers from research
centers and clinical centers of excellence to routine application in standard clinical care. The ultimate
goal is to improve patient care through the development of well-validated bioimaging and biochemical
markers to be used in human pathophysiological conditions and for optimal drug design. |
